Resin Bound is Permeable and SuDS Compliant:

It is porous and high in permeability, allowing for natural water drainage. It is therefore SuDS compliant and does not require any planning permission.

Low Maintenance :

Resin bound is an exceedingly low maintenance surface when installed correctly. Weeds cannot grow up through the resin, meaning there is little to no maintenance. Resin bound surfacing installed with ResinBound Pro UVR resin will not fade or discolour with light from the sun. It will look fantastic for years to come. Fuel or oil spillages will not affect UV stable resin bound surfaces.

Slip Resistant :

Resin bound systems are applied with an additional anti-slip element. Crushed glass is scattered over the surface of the resin bound in order to activate anti-skid properties.

Weather Resistant:

It won’t soften with any heat, freeze in any adverse weather conditions or fade with UV light from the sun, (when installed with ResinBound UVR Pro).

Eco Friendly:

The permeable paving acts as a natural filter for water, reducing the impurities and dirt as the water runs through the resin to follow its natural course. The voids in the resin allow the below soil to breath. This keeps the surface temperatures low and helps act against global warming.

Long Lasting:

When installed correctly, resin bound surfacing has a long life span. It is exceedingly strong, durable and built to last. UV stable resin ensures flexibility in the chemical bonds and so it will resist cracking, making it the perfect surface choice for long lasting results. Quick Installation:

A team of 2 can expect to lay around 30m² per hour. You can overlay resin bound aggregates straight on to some existing surfaces, (dependant on the condition), to update a tired appearance.

No Loose Gravel:

The seamless surface of resin bound means it is wheelchair friendly and ideal for DDA schemes. Because the aggregates are permanently adhered to the floor, the stones can’t be scattered or kicked about causing any damage or mess to the surroundings
